You have 30 days from delivery to return any item you are not happy with. In the European Union you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
How to return an item
- Write to info@example.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Pack the items unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached, in the original packaging if possible.
- Send the parcel to the address we give you and keep the shipping receipt.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Refunds
When we receive and check your parcel we refund the price of the items you returned, using the same payment method you used for the order, within 14 days.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner is still in place. Faulty items are always covered by the legal guarantee.
